Please limit all after hours calls to emergency calls only.
Non-emergency calls, prescription, and other calls should be made during regular office hours.
For a life threatening emergency, please call 911, or go to the nearest emergency room.
Please keep in mind that most insurance companies will not pay claims for “unnecessary” emergency room visits (like sore-throat, ear-ache, diarrhea, minor injuries, etc.). Please wait until you contact our office for advice before going to the hospital. Please follow the prompts/instructions when you call after hours for urgent medical advice. To ensure the nurse or doctor can reach you, keep the phone line open and turn off any caller ID services. If your call is not returned within 30 minutes, please call back.
Please note, there is an "after hours" fee when patients are treated after our posted hours.
